Please pay by bank/cashier’s check, plus $75 to cover packing, FedEx 2-Day domestic shipping and transit insurance. |

All firearms are sold as collector items. A thorough inspection by a qualified gunsmith is required before an antique or used firearm is fired. I do not guarantee their safety. |

Trades are sometimes considered. Layaway typically require one-third down, with the balance due in 60 days. As is customary, all layaway sales are final. |

All firearms manufactured on or after January 1, 1899, require a Federal Firearms License. Please forward a signed copy of a Federal Firearms License with your payment. |

The laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict- and choice-of-law provisions, shall govern the interpretation, operation and effect of this transaction. Any litigation arising, directly or indirectly, out of the sale shall be brought in Palm Beach County, Florida. Buyer waives all objections to venue and personal jurisdiction. Buyer and Seller waive the right to trial by jury in any litigation arising between them. |

In the event of any litigation between the parties, including but not limited claims relating to the execution, construction, validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement; disputes arising under or relate to statutes, claims or defenses arising under or related to torts; or any other litigation, the prevailing party shall recover attorneys fees incurred in pre-trial, trial, post-trial, post-judgment, appellate, bankruptcy, and arbitration proceedings. |
